Daily office cleaning is the foundation on which our service is built but we can also provide you with weekly cleaning. Together we can come up with a cleaning schedule that suits you as well as agree in detail about what needs to be cleaned and when it will be cleaned. We will evaluate the facility with you and provide a specific cleaning program for your office. Daily cleaning services will include:
- Emptying all wastebaskets, trash containers and recycling bins.
- Dusting of chairs, file cabinets and other furniture.
- Dusting and sanitizing of telephones.
- Cleaning ashtrays and cigarette urns.
- Wiping tables and counters.
- Cleaning the kitchen area (sinks, tables, exterior of refrigerators, mopping the floor. Washing of silverware, ports, pans, dishes, emptying and cleaning of coffeepots is not included in the daily service but, can be provided upon request)
- Vacuum cleaning of all carpeted areas.
- Mopping the floor
- Removing fingerprints from door facings, walls and glass doors
- Cleaning restrooms
- Commodes, urinals, wash basins and toilet seats will be washed and disinfected, mirrors
- Switch plates, partitions and doors will be washed
- Rest room floors will be swept and wet mopped with germicidal disinfectant solution
- Towel, toilet paper dispensers, hand soap and sanitary napkin machines will be refilled daily
- Cleaning of elevators
- Sweeping and removing trash and litter around the outside entrance area
- Sweeping, vacuuming and dusting all public corridors and stairwells as needed.
- Removing fingerprints from entrance doors.
