License

This License agreement ("AGREEMENT") is between you (either as an individual or a single entity) and Robbert de Groot ("DEVELOPER") for GODDAMU ("PRODUCT"), including any associated media and accompanying on-line or printed documentation and also any future versions, patches or updates.

Using the PRODUCT for Commercial Purposes ("COMMERCIAL PURPOSES") is defined to be using the PRODUCT in exchange for Money (Salary or via Contract), for services, for products or any combination.

The DEVELOPER relies on your intergrity and your observance of the laws that protect intellectual property.

By installing, copying, accessing or otherwise using the PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of the AGREEMENT.

The PRODUCT is owned by DEVELOPER and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. The PRODUCT is Licensed, not sold.

The PRODUCT is distributed as Commercial Software. An unlicensed version is available for evaluation for unlimited time and can be used for non COMMERCIAL PURPOSES. You may License the PRODUCT in order to use the PRODUCT for COMMERCIAL PURPOSES. Contact the developer to obtain a License.

This License grants you the following rights and limitations if you do or do not hold a License for the PRODUCT:

• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or make changes to the PRODUCT in any way.
• You may make a copies of the PRODUCT as backups.

This License grants you the following rights and limitations if you do not hold a License to the product:

• You may install and use product for an unlimited time for evaluation or for non-COMMERCIAL PURPOSES
• If the product is being evaluated for COMMERCIAL PURPOSES, you may not use the results without first purchasing a License.
• You may copy and distribute the PRODUCT, but only in its original form including all files and documentation as found on the DEVELOPER Web site and without any modifications.
• Distributors may sell the Unlicensed Version for a reasonable fee for media and handling, but must indicate clearly that the software is "unlicensed".
• Magazines are authorized to publish the Unlicensed Version on any cover media without prior permission from DEVELOPER, however notification would be appreciated, but must indicate clearly that the software is "unlicensed".
• To License this PRODUCT, you may do so only through the DEVELOPER. You may not use a License that belongs to someone else.

This License grants you the following rights and limitations if you hold a License to the product:

• You may use the product for COMMERCIAL USE
• You may install and use the PRODUCT on your own computer. If you own several computers, you may install the PRODUCT on those as well, but only use it on one computer at a time unless you pay for additional Licenses.
• Other users in your organization may use the product if you or your organization pays the PRODUCT price and Licenses the PRODUCT for each additional concurrent user.
• You may not make your License available to others.
• You may sell, trade or transfer permanently your License to the PRODUCT to someone else with the understanding that you will no longer own that License to use the product. Please inform the developer of the new holder of the License.

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PROGRAM IS WITH YOU. SHOULD THE PROGRAM PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION.

IN NO EVENT WILL DEVELOPER BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY GENERAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE, MISUSE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PROGRAM (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA OR LOSSES SUSTAINED BY YOU OR THIRD PARTIES OR A FAILURE OF THE PROGRAM TO OPERATE WITH ANY OTHER PROGRAMS), EVEN IF DEVELOPER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
