| As we free our bodies and become more flexible, we restore lost movement, and erase tension and internal conflicts that can accumulate and erupt as pain. The more flexible we are, the harder it is for pain to lodge in our bodies. |
| Pain and tension are forms of blocked, misplaced and misused energy. As we become more flexible, blocked energy is freed. As renewed energy circulates, our bodies feel clean and new and released. |
| Balance, strength, and flexibility will enhance our overall sensitivity. This is essentially what the discipline of yoga is all about... a process of awareness where we attend to subtle shifts in feeling and sensation as we do the poses. We practice using our intuition, and listen to the intelligence of our bodies. We exercise our bodies as we refine our sensitivity to inner guidance. |
