At Wyndabbey Maine Coons we pride ourselves by offering happy, healthy, well-adjusted kittens.  All of our cats live with us and are our companions first and breeding animals second.  At no time are any of our cats ever caged.  We mainly breed for brown classic tabbies, with or without white.  Occasionally often have blues, reds & silvers. While type and breed conformation are primary objectives, health and temperament come first and foremost.  We are a FeLV and FIV negative cattery and our breeding cats are x-rayed for Hip Dysplasia (HD) and screened Hypotrophic Cardiomiopathy (HCM).  Breeding cats are sold with a HD & HCM guarantee.

We have also pursued a foundation breeding program, as we feel this is very much needed within the breed to strengthen the gene pool.  Please follow this link to learn more.

Our kittens are sold as pet/companions, show alters, or to experienced breeders. 

Our pet/companion kittens are sold only to approved homes.  These kittens are generally ready to  go to new homes between 14-16 weeks of age.  Accompanying each Wyndabbey Maine Coon kitten will be the following:

Full set of vaccinations (one set at 8 weeks the other at 12 weeks)
Veterinary check & written health guarantee
Spaying/Neutering, which is included in the cost of the kitten & done prior to leaving
5 generation pedigree & full pedigree analysis
Application for registration--TICA (The International Cat Association)
Copy of parents' HCM report
Ongoing breeder support for any questions you may have in the future

We welcome pre-screened kitten buyers to visit our home by appointment only.  Because our cattery is our home, we ask that appointments be made in advance.
