Mr. Dime gets a letter from the Killjoy Foundation that he wants the kids from WTYO to do an educational programming for young people.
Then Christine tries to introduce the show and letters start to drop near her and Ross tells everyone that Mr. Dime wants the show to be educational.

Meanwhile, Kevin Somers is chanied in the dungeon studio and cons Ross into putting the chains on himself for 10 dollars and keeps him there.
Then he tells Moose he locked Ross up but tells him he has a spare key and Somers is scared he will kill him.
He talks to Jono before he does his dungeon skits asking him where Ross is before he gets revenge on him and he asks him what he's going to do and Somers says "I don't know" then suddenly Ross is up on a ladder with a bucket of green slime that he dumps on his head.
Ruth Buzzi's character as the mother Valerie Prevort discusses with Les Lye as the drunken father Lance Prevort about how wonderful it is that the kids are away learning and tries to snuggle up to him but he accidentally spills beer on her.
Ross tells Somers that he has to wear a bee suit for the educational show and doesn't want to but Moose tells him he will seek more revenge than just the green slime he dumped on him and cons him into helping him out so it won't happen again in order for him to wear the bee suit.

Then there's the living room skit with Kevin Schenk and Marc Baillon coming in an is late to watch an educational show that they have to do for a school assignment and realised that it's hosted by their teacher Miss Fidt as she spots them on their TV screen giving them a lecture for being late.

During the dome skits Moose is the Teacher/Nanny to the other kids trying to learn on their show Rumper Room and Schenk refuses to learn but warns him about the Don't Bee which is Somers dressed in a suit as he appraches with a big pillow stinger and whacks him with it.
Moose also looks into a magnifying glass to see what mischief kids as well as adults are up like it's a crystal ball looking into everyone's personal homes.

In the living room Schenk and Marc grow tired of their educational show and try to tune into a hockey game but suddenly Miss Fidt pushes the screen away so they are taught more education.
In the dungeon the dungeonmaster Nasti brings a TV for Jono to watch but tells him it only airs one program that he doesn't like and tells him to take it away. Then, suddenly, Somers shows up as the Don't Bee yelling "Nobody expects the Don't Bee!" and whacks him with his pillow stinger.
Buzzi's character as the Mom enters the living room and spots Schenk coloring pictures when she finds out he was watching educational TV and tries to encourage him to watch violent american westerns and he refuses so the Don't Bee enters and whacks him with his pillow stinger.

Moose talks about the word Sea and the Don't Bee dumps a bucket of water on Schenk's head when he doesn't get what she's talking about.

Buzzi's character as the old lady in the theatre asks Somers and Gebert to hold her cat who has fleas and everyone gets itchy.

Marc whispers Moose a dirty word in her ear at the Rumper Room and she complains so the Don't Bee whacks him with the pillow stinger this time.

Another skit featured Jono in the dungeon learning the alphabet.
- D is for?
- Dungeon!
- C is for?

-Q is for?
Question!
-A is for?
Answer!

- Greenslime?

Then green slime dumps on his head.

Moose tells the boys about Buzzi's character Matilda LaFonte who is coming up and down the stage but this time she is going to be taking her clothes off for them and a picture flashing censored is revealed.

In the living room Schenk asks his drunken Dad played by Les Lye on how he learned when he was a kid when he tells him he never had TV when he was his age and tells him that he counted beer cans and does the song used on Sesame Street counting the song up to number 10.

Mr. Dime sings a song in the theme of Sesame Street singing about money while Miss Take walks in and tells him the bad news that the assistnat from Killjoy Foundation saw his show and plans to sue him.
While Mosse tries to end the show, she tells the kids to grab a ribbon from a pole standing there and to do a dance around the pole and they tie her up with it and throw gorss stuff at her.

This episode was finally found in good quality thanks to a taping 20 years ago on YTV!

There is a scene with Ruth Buzzi as the mother telling Kevin Schenk not to learn some educational stuff and to watch some violent american western TV or the Don't Bee will get him which was almost a remake on the pilot episode as well as on the first season of the sister show YCDTOTV's second episode but in reverse and almost counted as an opposite skit but apart from the pilot, WTYO never had opposite skits to try and please the prime time viewers.

Marc Baillon seemed fairly witty having a little kid's voice for the dome skits when it was time for Rumper Room.

This was the second and last episode green slime was introduced on the show till it's sister show reaired in 1981 but this was one of the most entertained one's of them all and a fun one to watch.
