THE SCRIMMAGE LEAGUE PROGRAM - Click Here for Upcoming Programs! 
This program is a great opportunity to
get more exposure to the game of Soccer and a great fitness
alternative. If your on a Community League 'Wait List' or
not quite ready to join a team, this is a perfect alternative.
Participants each get a program t-shirt which is to be worn
to each of the sessions. Required Equipment: soccer shoes,
soccer socks and shin pads. Program Format: Typically programs
are run over ten to twelve sessions - Warm Up & Scrimmage.
This is a unique program as on-field coaching takes place
during the Scrimmage.

There are a few opportunities
which allow women, particularly later on in life, to learnand be a part of a team sport. Our goal is to give women an
opportunity to learn the basics of soccer. We offer a program
that gives a basic overview of the rules and goals of the
sport, allowing individuals to watch or play the game with
greater appreciation. The program can be used as an alternative
to an already existing fitness regime, where an individual
is simply looking for another activity and/or for women looking
to learn the basics of the game before joining an organized
team. The program can also be used as a refresher for those
who have been out of the game for a while or simply looking
to participate in "something different' and unique. Program
Format: Typically programs are run over six sessions - Warm
Up, Drills & Scrimmage.
SOCCER MOM PROGRAM - Check

This is a great opportunity for a group
of soccer moms to come together and learn the game of soccer.
It will be a great group activity but also helps create a
foundation of knowledge to build confidence for women to take
on managing and coaching roles for their kids teams. Check

THE XYZ's OF SOCCER PROGRAM -
This program gives women an opportunity to develop their skills. It is designed for women who have playing experience (ie. ABCs of Soccer, Scrimmage League or Community Program). This program will work on developing skills and sport conditioning (speed, agility & quickness). Program
Format: Typically programs are run over six sessions - Warm
Up, Drills & Scrimmage.
THE TRAINING ACADEMY/SPORT CONDITIONING -nPhotos
This program is a great opportunity to
be apart of a group training session focusing on sport specific
training. The program consists of speed, agility and quickness
drills to help prepare the athlete for the movements in the
sport of soccer (no soccer balls!). Geared to both athletes
who are looking for a sport training alternative and those
joining the sport of soccer for the first time. This program
is great for all multi-directional sports and everyday life!
The trainers and coaches taking part in this program have
a variety of backgrounds from formal training in coaching
to certified personal trainers. Activity focus: Balance, Movement
and Strength Training: reaction time, accel/deceleration movement,
coordination via footwork, hurdles, agility ladders and much
