Thurston Hall
"The Barrier" A four-act nerve-thrilling drama presented by The Permanent Players Orpheum
Bell Baker
- Bell Baker, known as the leading character singer in America, also an enviable reputation in music halls across the Atlantic
- "Get-Away-Quick Dugan", a "crook" play written and presented by Harry Leighton and his company. Stories of the underground have been crowding their way upon the stage in these latter days, whether its because of serious crime investigations in real life or simply as a logical successor to the old-fashioned melodrama, no one seems prepared to say. At any rate the play of the moment may be said to be the 'crook' play. The story is an entertaining mixture of comedy and real sensation, and relates how a "gentleman burglar", Dugan, successfully achieves a big diamond robbery.
- Maskelyne and Devant: Their names affixed to any exhibition of stage magic constitute a hallmark of superiority and this latest achievement is considered to have eclipsed all their earlier efforts A simply constructed window is seen in the centre of the stage. It is shown to be unattached to any paraphenalia, and yet there appear through it a series of living figures- old men, young girls, firemen, sailors and children, each pursuing a characteristic occupation. The entire exhibition is said to be as baffling as it is attractive.
- Four Ishikawa Brothers, Japanese acrobats with an exhibition of equilibristic feats
- "Doc" O'Neil, monologist, calls himself "a merry wag" and also "The Medicine Man with the Laugh Tonic"
- James O'Neil and Frank Walmesley, styled "The Twilight Bugs" with singing, dancing and comedy patter
- Mlle. Lorette assisted by her Irish setter,Bud, in a series of poses. Clad in brown corduroy, an up-to-date Diana armed with a repeating rifle in place of bow and arrow. By way of achieving a delightful and novel color scheme, she has the pictures flooded with a soft golden light, which has led to the sub-title, "Visions in Old Gold."
- the Orpheum concert orchestra
- motion films

Ida Fuller and Her Dancing Nymphs in "If"
