Winkelmans is a Belgian name of which there are very few in the world today.  Paul Winkelmans came to Canada in the early part of the 20th century from Belgium and settled in the Vancouver BC area.  Paul had two sons Phil and Bert.  For more on the Winkelmans visit our Family Links.
