Admittedly, it's not a quilt, but the model is so gorgeous, we had
to share. Kaitlin is Bonnie and David Bigler's little girl, granddaughter
of my best friend Gaye. The dress is hand-smocked: pattern is a
simple bishop's dress long out of print; smocking plate is original.
The quilt she's sitting on was made by another "auntie":
simple squares of fleece with a flannel backing. I think the little
rosebud "ties" are a lovely touch.
