Not my usual colour palette: the top for this quilt was built from
leftover 2 1/2" bindng strips with odds and ends from my stash.
The top was set aside for a couple of years until I turned it into a
lap quilt for my friend Lynette Bumstead.. It's been very well
loved and has faded beautifully into this comfortable homespun beauty
that fits perfectly in the Bumstead's farmhouse.
