Form

The following info is from my own experiences in filling out mine and other's ATT's
It is to be used only as a guideline and is not meant to be the absolute
Filling out as follows has gotten people a ATT for Western Canada
_______________________________________________
Step 1: Click Here to open a already completed ATT form(in Adobe)
(Just ignore the first 3 pages as it is just the Gov Guidelines)
To help guide you along with your own.
When opened, print it off to follow along with.
then close it out so you don't get confused

Step 2: Click Here to open the 679E form page, Scroll past the first 3 pages
until you get to the ACTUAL form. It is in Adobe and will allow you
to fill in the Blanks on your computer screen so its nice and neat
(use tab key and mouse to Navigate)
After completing the form, Print off at least 2 copies for yourself

Step 3: Have your PAL and Gun Club current Membership card photocopied
onto a single piece of paper, as it has to be sent in to show proof of membership.

Step 4: After you have completed your online form and have printed it off
sign and date THIRD page!!. Please remember that you have to send in the
completed form along with the Photostat page .Now for BC people their
are 2 options to at this time you can mail in your completed form
as per the address , or FAX it in to the CFO,
I prefer the fax Option as it has proved faster, Remember to put a Fax cover sheet
stating this is for a Long Term ATT Application, a example would be
