I have been procrastinating for YEARS about publishing an instructional book/DVD. Given the past and current level of my procrastination I may never get around to completing it! The instruction is composed of many of the dozens of articles I’ve published over the years. It should be noted that I use the term ‘Book’ loosely since it is composed of my individual articles pasted together with some editing. Therefore, the narrative does not read as a cohesive book. It is intended for the pointed pen novice but the intermediate and advanced scriptwriters should find the letterform insights helpful. When combined with my already freely available videos on the IAMPETH web site it makes for a complete beginners course that focuses specifically on the fundamentals of letterforms. If you decide to use my instructional materials you will need to download and use my guide sheet file (also free) at:

These should be printed out and you should write directly on them 'exactly as shown' as per the instructions on the first page. Use whichever line spacing size is comfortable but preferably the middle or largest spacing. 

Who knows, at some point I may add additional materials to the ‘book’. My advice to the novice is stick to one system in the beginning. Once you learn the fundamentals you can then explore other script styles and variants.
