| You are now a senior
editor for the esteemed publishing house of Griffin Books. You receive
submissions and manuscripts from aspiring and creative writers. Your
job now is to evaluate their work for information, style and commercial
viability.
To do this you will need to know about the author's
education and background, assemble and assess a selection of their
writing, gather ideas for a graphic designer to use in developing a book
jacket, and create a promotional plan for marketing it.
