Purpose for Individuals: To understand connection to others through self awareness - It is in relationship that we learn about ourselves. How we behave on the dance floor is the same as how we behave in life. This series of workshops will address the factors that "hold you back" from being the person you want to be. Through a series of physical & technique oriented exercises, self-evaluation tools ... and of course by dancing, you will gain a greater understanding of self, others and how you react to situations ... which will improve your dance and your life!
Purpose for Groups and Corporations: to build healthy teams & leaders. Through movement, writing and discussion participants will engage both the left and right sides of their brain. The workshop focuses on leadership and team building issues - it is easily adapted to any workplace situation. section four: Connection; physical & emotional:

- what are your fears around connecting on the dance floor?
- where is your comfort zone?
- how being present will change your dance and your
life.
