In 2004 LLAPS became a member of the BC Lake Stewardship Society (BCLSS). A great deal of information is available on their website BCLSS.
One of the many benefits of membership in BCLSS is that BCLSS is doing an article on Langford Lake. The report is titled The Importance of Langford Lake & its Watershed. It should provide some additional baseline information on the health of Langford Lake. BCLSS will be invited to a future meeting to speak to their report. It should make for interesting reading. We are looking forward to the report.
