There is a Religious Commune in Switzerland called Methernitha.

Paul Boumann started this Commune.

He has a machine that when started with a simple pull and push on the wheels self runs and produces large amounts of electricity. This is called Testatica.

Paul Boumann died at the age of 73 in the Winter of 2001 taking the secret of this machine to his grave.

Now a Paul E. Potter has succeded in replicating the Testatica.

Two patents that seems to be pertinant to the Testatica are  3,094.653  and 4,897,592  Once the electrostatic potential is achived this William.W. Hyde's invention will convert it into a lower voltage at high current with an appearent energy gain.
