Overall comments:
FeaturedThe commas in this block form two very interesting patterns. The 51 and 59 in lines 1 and 3 form a special 1/9 outer bracket. The rest of the lines consist of a 28 / 38 / 48 / 96 pattern. The 38 is repeated in the 2nd and 5th lines, the 28 in the 4th line, and the 48 in the 6th line. The 96 appears in the last line and represents an exact double of 48.
1 101-110 8214  8086    51 FeaturedThe 82 in 8214 provides a connection to the previous block in that the commas in the last two lines of the previous block (03 and 79) summed together give 82. Also, 82 is 1 greater than 81, which is the comma of the 4th line of the previous block. The 1 and 4 summed gives 5 which implies the 51 comma of this line.
Featured8086 is another word in this line starting with the digit 8. This word is significant for two reasons. First, 8086 is the Intel computer chip that was introduced with the first IBM personal computer back in 1981. Second, the 8 and 6 summed gives 14 which harks back to the first word. The 80 is also the tail end of an incredible sequence from words in lines 1 to 5: 8086 (line 1), 7019 (line 5), 4460 (line 3), 9550 (line 3), 4081 (line 4), and 3066 (line 2).
2 111-124 3282  3066  4709  38 FeaturedThe 32 in 3282 rhymes with the 82 in 8214 of the first line. In fact, the 82 of 8214 also appears as the second part of this word (3282).
Featured3066 is another word in this line starting with the digit 3. This parallels the 8's in the first line; in fact, the parallel works out for the first two digits of each of the first two words: 82/80 and 32/30! Also notice that the 66 in 3066 rhymes with 86 in 8086 of the previous line.

3 125-144 4460  9550  58  2231  7253  59 Featured4460 and 9550 contain two-digit clusters and their last two digits rhyme in a descending sequence: 60, 50. The clusters themselves are also a special ascending sequence: 44, 55; if you include 3066 from the previous line you have: 44, 55, 66.
Featured58-59 is an echo of the 58-59 bracket in line 4 of block 1. In this case the 59 also serves as the comma for this line.
FeaturedThe 22 of 2231 is double the 44 of 4460 and the 31 rhymes with the 51 comma of the first line.
Featured7253 is significant for me... the 53 corresponds to the year 1953 which is the birthdate of a good friend. And the 72 is my secet agent number I chose for myself in grade six!
4 145-161 4081  2848  111  7450  28 Featured4081 is the second line in which the first word starts with the digit 4. The 40 in this word and the 50 in 7450 form a hidden bracket. The 81 is close to the 82's in lines 1 and 2. It also is reminiscent of the 81 comma in line 4 of block 1.
Featured2848 is a second-digit mini-poem with the digits forming the power-of-two sequence: 2,4,8. The 28 is also echoed by the 28 comma of this line.
Featured111 is a three-digit cluster and is a very cool number (3 x 37).
FeaturedThe 74 in 7450 happens to be exactly 2/3 of 111 (2 x 37 is 74 and 3 x 37 is 111))! Note also that 50 is very nearly 2/3 of 74!
