A few years ago I started seriously collecting autobile license plates. I now have Alberta license plates as early as 1918 and 1928. Except for 1956, I have a complete collection from 1948 to the present as well as some from the 1930's and 1940's. I also have a number of BC plates, a Saskatchewan 1918 ceramic plate, and various plates from other provinces and states.

I plan to describe more about my collection and collecting license plates in the near future. For now, here are a couple of relevant links:
