OUR RIDING FACILITY

A benefactor has provided this beautiful facility to VRDA for our exclusive use. We moved in April 2010 and having this new facility means that we can continue to expand our program to include evenings, weekends and holidays.

We have an office and large viewing area as well as a new home for our equisizer and special equipment. The facility currently has a covered riding arena which will be enclosed. Stalls with turnouts are being built down one side. A school portable was purchased and has become our new boot and helmet room, with a wheelchair accessible washroom, office and kitchen, meeting and viewing area. The barn will also have a wash area for the horses, tack and feed rooms and hay storage as well as extra stalls for more horses as we need them.

Our facilities are available for rental to groups on a regular or one time basis throughout the year. It is suitable for horse/rider training, agility dog programs or other purposes you may have. Rental inquiries can be made by phone: (778) 426-0506 or by Email at: vrda(at)shaw.ca.
