 Landscape Maintenance Specifications

We provide all tools, equipment, and labor as is necessary to maintain the landscape in a well-groomed and healthy condition at all times. We guarantee our workmanship for the duration of the contract.
Lawn

LAWNS-Mowed ONCE per week during the growing season to a height of 1.5 inch to 2 inches and cuttings removed from property. Also;

a) Lawn areas aerated and power raked in March

b) Removal of winter litter (dead leaves, branches, etc.)

c) Edged in March and every month thereafter

d) Fertilized three times per year

e) Limed once per year

f) Moss control application where needed

g) Weed control carried out quarterly by the use of herbicides.

h) Walkways, patios, and driveways to be cleaned of grass cuttings
 Planting and Bed Areas

a) Fertilizing

Ornamental plants and ground covers will be fertilized at least annually with supplemental feeding as necessary in accordance with the specific needs of the plants in order to maintain a healthy and vigorous condition.

b) Weed control in all planting areas will be continuous.

c) Mulching and bed surfaces

Bed surface will be raked to maintain a fresh appearance and foreign materials removed. Addition of mulch is not included in basic service programs.

d) Pruning and trimming: At least once a year.

e) Integrated Pest Management: Ornamental plants to be sprayed based on I.P.M. criteria as and when necessary.

f) Leaves, grass and other cuttings to be removed from property at all times.
Gardens

ANNUALS&PERENNIALS

Areas to be planted upon request.

LANDSCAPING REPORT (CONSULTATION)

A monthly report outlining work completed plus recommended work and suggestions to improve the appearance and health of all landscaping will be prepared for review.
