Well. Mike has finally made it through another major milestone. After 16 years of dedicated, solid, hard work in school he has received his Engineering certification. Here are a few photos taken at the event held at Calgary's Telus Convention Center.

The item we are touching is part of the Engineering Ring ceremony. It is one of many interesting artifacts which I cannot tell you about. The content and actions at the ceremony are traditionally secretive Itherefore cannot tell you more about any of this.

About 300 Engineers were granted their rings from Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Computer and Software Engineering (the later being Mike's discipline)
