Valerie Elchuk
ValVal is the webmistress and designer of WebWeaving. She is an English and Professional Writing student at the University of Victoria. Her foray into the episodic genre began with the historical series Liberty Creek, soon to return from hiatus, and continued with Victoria's Legacy, a present-day spinoff of her first series. In her spare time, she helps produce Third Space, a UVic feminist publication. She returns to her home town this summer for a 4-month term reporting for a local newspaper.
