OLD RADIO BITS - WANTED

I am continually searching for components suitable for my vintage-style receiver and transmitter construction projects. If you have any of the following (or similar) items that you could sell or trade please let me know via e-mail. Help keep homebrewing alive and well in addition to ridding yourself of all of that old stuff your XYL has been pesting you to throw-out for years!

NATIONAL S-101 This is a "Screen Grid Detector Coupler"...a potted choke, resistor and coupling capacitor all in one metal shell. Used in regenerative receivers ('30's) as well as in the National SW-3. I'm seeking a working (preferred) or even non-working unit.

VARIABLE CAPACITORS Anything of this vintage, typically by Cardwell, but there were dozens of manufacturers. Anything in the 400pf or greater range, single gang. Either 'open' or 'closed' frame style, typical of the late 20's and '30's period.

Bliley Crystals Anything in the round shell, ideally in the CW band. Any FT-243 Black Blileys.

Old Mica Capacitors Like these, any values.

RADIO TUNING KNOBS Like these or similar. Usually black or brown and about 3-4" diameter.

GRADUATED KNOBS Like this or similar. Usually black and about 3-4" diameter.

PINCH DISC KNOB These are used for driving the outside rim of the dial shown above. With or without shaft is fine.

100pf (approx) AIR VARIABLES Usually used in receiving or low-power transmitting applications. Any type of mounting is OK but needs to have a shaft and not screwdriver adjustment. The 100pf ones usually have around 25 plates.

R.F. Chokes Like this or similar, 2.5 mH.

RADIO AMATEUR'S HANDBOOK Anything from the late 40's and earlier.

RADIO HANDBOOK By Frank Jones....early 40's and earlier.

BEEHIVE INSULATORS Like this or similar. Any color, any size.

OLD POWER RESISTORS Like this or very similar, with end tabs... in ANY value.

VERNIER DIALS Anything like this or similar.

OLD ROUND METERS Anything from 1ma. to 100ma full scale as well as any round RF ammeters.

COTTON COVERED WIRE White, green....any color..#28-#35 approximately

RADIO MAGS Any titles dealing with ham or shortwave radio from the late 40's or earlier.

CERAMIC SOCKETS Old ceramic tube sockets...any size and pin numbers.

B & W COILS Like this or similar. Any size or ideally, a set of coils.

PLUG-IN COIL FORMS Anything like this...BUD...HAMMARLUND...new or used.

PLATE CAPACITORS Like this or very similar.... in ANY value.
