About V.B.O.A.
Victoria Basketball Official's Association is comprised of the men and women who referee the game of basketball in Greater Victoria.
The V.B.O.A. site is intended to convey information, current and future events, meeting places and times. It's also to be used as a place for members to go, to find practice exams, current rule changes, educational materials, and general interest articles. You don't have to be a VBOA member to enjoy the site. We hope that it will bring awareness to others interested in the sport of Basketball.
The V.B.O.A. executive board and educational panel's job it is to provide guidance and structure to the organization and the educators, are to provide activities, such as a rules, or three-man system clinic.
If you have a greivance, or a problem, please talk to someone on the executive. Don't go behind backs and say things you may not really mean, as it could lead to a fine, being brought up before the disciplinary committee or worse!
