Travel Expense Allocation 2008-2009

  1. Travelling from Victoria:

    1. Travel to Edward Milne (70 km. return) = $20 base fee to driver and $8 to passenger.

    2. Travel to Mill Bay/Shawnigan/Brentwood (86 km. return) = $25 base fee to driver and $10 to passenger.

    3. Travel to Duncan (123 km. return) = $35 base fee to driver and $12 to passenger.

    4. Travel to Chemainus (160 km. return) = $45 base fee to driver and $15 to passenger.

    5. If officials drive separately to any of the above locations from Victoria each official shall be reimbursed 50% of the base fee only.

  2. Travelling from Duncan:

      3. Duncan to Victoria driver = $35, passenger $12.

    1. Duncan to Mill Bay/Shawnigan/Brentwood or Chemainus driver = $15, passenger $8.

    2. If officials drive separately to Mill Bay/Shawnigan/Brentwood, Chemainus, or Victoria from Duncan, each official shall be reimbursed 50% of the base fee only.
