Answers all come as attachments, either as a text file, or as a MS Word file or as an Adobe PDF file. If you receive a blank email, your email program probably does:
1. not allow you to receive attachments, and/or
2. you do not have the program Adobe Reader on your computer.

So please change your email program security settings to allow attachments, and get the free Adobe Reader program online. Please do not email me telling me you received a blank email, as I cannot do anything about that. Please read the instructions above. Thank you.

When I REPLY to your emails, I have had many "no such address", "delivery has failed", "returned mail for verification", "mailbox full" notices, etc, so if you haven't heard from me with the answers, this could be the reason.
