Signatures
Having
a signature gives your characters life and makes it easier
for others to visualize them. Signatures should be smaller
than 300 x 300 pixels and be no more than 40k. They should
not contain nudity or offensive material. We also ask that
images be appropriate for the setting and era (no blue jeans
and rifles). If you need help with a signature, post in the
OOC folder and someone will be happy to help.
If
you do not have a place to host your image, there are many
free servers available, but be careful that the one you choose
allows remote linking. We also offer image hosting, but to
established members only.

As
a rule, we ask that personal sigs be kept out of IC posts.
Sigs add to the feel of your post, and personal sigs that
are irrelevant to the storyline greatly distract from your
writing. Staff will delete personal sigs in IC posts as well
as oversized sigs whether they are IC or OOC. If we have to
do this a lot it can be very frustrating.
In
the past, members have asked if they could post erotic sigs
in the adult folder. While erotic sigs are acceptable, they
must not be pornographic in nature. Nudity and sexual images
can be appealing in an erotic thread, but something out of
Hustler is not. Posting pornographic or offensive images in
this forum may result in banning.
