Vancouver - Looking North Over Westend

Image created with an Olympus C-5060 and Erdman Video SystemsVM95 software.
Image will be refreshed every 15 minutes.
The camera faces north looking over the West End of downtown Vancouver to the North Shore mountains beyond. The tallest building in the centre of the image is the Empire Landmark Hotel on Robson Street. Beneath this is the Mole Hill Housing Project, Vancouver's only intact Victorian and Edwardian streetscape, with more than 30 houses built between 1888 and 1942. The bottom left of the image is Davie Street, whilst the bottom right is part of St Paul’s Hospital.
On clear days Crown Mountain is on the right of the picture. Grouse Mountain is just out of shot to the right. To the left The Lions can be seen above the "British Properties" developments in West Vancouver.
If it is raining (it occasionally does in Vancouver) and you can’t see the mountains described above then click here for some views on clear days.
