Spa Etiquette
As arriving late may rob you of precious minutes of your service , please arrive a few minutes early, first time clients need to come 10 minutes early to fill out forms.
We understand your time is important and we hope that you appreciate that ours is too, in cases where 48 hours cancellation or rescheduling is not made, clients may be charged 20% of the service if the time slot can not be filled, it is in respect to employees who work on commission.
We love pets , but the health board does not want them in the salon.
As it is a salon environment please turn cell phones off.
