Just send an e-mail with your e-mail address and mailing address (don’t forget the postal/zip code) to Tom’s Vancouver publicist, Alan Bayless, at alanbayless@shaw.ca
We will send your CD immediately by post, along with a confirming e-mail. We will ask you to send a cheque or money order when you receive your CD. It is that easy.
The price for Heading Home is C$16 or US$12 plus postage and handling as follows.
In U.S. Funds (USD):
$3 for shipping to Canada
$4 for shipping to the U.S.
$6 for all other destinations

In Canadian Funds (CAD): $4 for shipping to Canada
$5.50 for shipping to the U.S.
$8 for all other destinations
