Ahh, the good old days of "America's War on Drugs". Like any kid would actually believe this crap. You'd have to be a kid taking drugs to think that someone with a small butt, huge shoulders and the head of Bart Simpson was on his way to deliver justice to a guy calling themselves "The Kingpin". What will the big dealers do about getting thrown out of school??!! Nothing. They're not in school. They've figured out they can make more money by hanging out in front of the school.
