Let's ignore the badly-drawn hand and the question of why this
guy has his eyes closed. The flow of events across this panel sucks.
It would make a lot more sense laid out this way:
"Aaah, don' hand me that cr--" Although the more I stare at it, the more it looks like a redneck stuck in an infinite time loop:
