I began bear-making in 1998. After many years of sewing,quilting, knitting, crocheting, teaching and crafting, it was time for a newchallenge! A wonderful friend insisted I try making bruins. Many futile attemptsdidn't discourage my enthusiasm. I was determined to design a good bear! Hence,the clown bear was born. Since the first clown, there have been several more,each one with his own personality. In addition to the clowns, I have beendesigning new and different bears to add to the collection. 

    I hope you will enjoy the bears as much asI have enjoyed making them!
