There Must Be Another Way (2006)

How effective is your church in making disciples? Do you feel your church still operates as it did twenty years ago? Do you wonder why there is little sign of growth in your conregation? The world has radically changed in the last twenty years-We cannot do church the same way anymore!

Under the principle, “The gospel never changes but its methodology must,” five essential apostolic principles are applied to the contemporary scene. Amid the changing sociological landscape, this easy to read book shows why many old ways of ‘doing church’ will not work anymore. Yet, paradoxically, "There is nothing new under the sun!"

There Must Be Another Way shows why and how an effective process of making disciples is an imperative not always practised. Relational, as opposed to hierarchical structures, are presented which, in practice, recovers the ‘priesthood of all believers’ while honouring godly and accountable leadership. This book is absolutely necessary for all leaders and potential leaders who realize that, “God is doing a new thing.” (Isa.43:18-19) Days of a Second Reformation are now upon us!

Angels Don’t Wear Shoes (2007)

This very light, easy, and often humorous book, is ideal for your neighbour, work mate, friend or relative whom you would love to come to Christ. Have you ever felt that most books about Jesus are too wordy, full of jargon, theological, or even embarrassing for that person? This isn’t!

It starts exactly where those people are thinking; the way many contemporary influences are leading them! It takes them on a joyful journey- beyond so-called contemporary thinking- to the question, What shall I do with Jesus? It even shows people what kind of church will be most helpful to them in their new journey with Christ. Seasoned Christians will also learn a lot about how people think these days. You can give this book to anyone. If you have a heart for someone who needs Jesus, this book is for you to give away!

Cost: $15 plus $3:50 Cdn for S&H Available March 2007

Watch for: Sign for All Seasons. This will be a book for serious biblical students and leaders of ministries in the local church. It may well become essential reading for all committed leaders in their development of modern biblical theology. The book may well be described as a 21st century apologetic for orthodox, biblical theology. Both conservative and liberal thinkers will be seriously challenged by this book; and in both elements there may be a feeling of having become 'old fashioned.' Essential theses of the Christian faith are not shattered, but many of its theses are seen in a completely different light. For example: Is there really a place called Hell? Do all people live forever? How could Jesus descend to Hell? In social terms, how do we prophetically declare and live the gospel in an alien culture? What does it mean to be in the Latter days? This refreshing approach is achieved by applying a somewhat easy description of time to the entire Story of the Bible, and by beginning all theological thought from the perspectives of Creation. The Bible may well hold far more authority for you from now on, but you will never read it quite the same way again!
