HOW DOES YOUR CHURCH MAKE DISCIPLES?
HOW EFFECTIVE IS YOUR CHURCH IN THIS CHANGING CULTURE?
HOW IS YOUR CHURCH ENGAGING THIS SECOND REFORMATION?
Most resources are designed by the Rev. Charles and are intended to help churches engage in an effective process of discipleship for a 21st century world. Under the principle: The Gospel never changes but its methodology must, these resources are particularly helpful for creating church-planting, group-based congregations. Materials for a basic process of discipleship are offered to enable churches in the intiial steps. The entire structure of group-based congregations reverses agenda processes which often emerge from the top down; consequently, this process helps to create a relational priesthood with godly and accountable leadership. The resources have well demonstrated their effectiveness in churches of all sizes and are the result of thirty years of experience during which Charles Alexander was privileged to see three new churches built. The engagement of entering a process to 'make disciples' has been the key factor in such church growth, and has enabled the subsequent outward-looking focus, characteristic of apostolically-motivated ministry.
Many congregations experience
difficulty engaging in an effective and ongoing process of “making
disciples.” Most church leaders have a genuine desire to make effective disciples, but are not certain on how to engage in a well-directed process. In a group-based
congregation, continued education, practical ministry, and an outward focus in mission
and evangelism enables churches to know where they are going, why and how!
