THE NO SHOW POLICY:

Clients who make their first appointment are notorious for being NO SHOWS. As a result, I have had to implement a NO SHOW policy where I will bill you for the full session should you make the appointment and not call to cancel. Quite often I have a waitlist of clients who want to get in to see me and are unable to do so at the last minute when a NO SHOW occurs.  PLEASE, be nice!  If you must cancel, please do so in advance. Others in pain may be anxiously waiting for an appointment.
