Tikkun is the Hebrew word meaning to heal, mend or repair.
The Tikkun Centre provides a place where people can heal from the inside out through the practice of yoga and meditation.

Instructor: Evelyn Neaman established Tikkun Centre in 1996. She has been practicing yoga regularly since 1979, is a certified yoga teacher, and continues to study with many teachers of various traditions.

Policy: payments, class make-up's, refunds:

50% deposit required to hold a space. (refundable only if spot can be filled plus a $50.00 admin fee)

Drop ins and make-up's are on a space available basis.

Make-up classes must be completed in current session.

All drop in classes are $20.00 except the two hour class on Mondays @ 8:45 that costs $22.00.
