Asanas (postures) benefit the body by toning muscles and nerves, improves circulation and digestion,
increases flexibility and strength and strengthens our “vital energy” or life force called prana.
Yoga not only helps you to achieve a strong, healthy body but it encourages you to reflect on yourself
and find your inner peace.

“The body is a boat which carries the soul in the ocean of the world. If it is not strong or if it has a hole,
then it can’t cross the ocean. So, The first duty is to fix the boat.” ~Baba Hari Dass
