History With return of Ian Mitchell from the Bay City Rollers, the Young City Stars needed a new name that allow them to move away from being a top 20 cover band. The record company had plans that the band would be another Bay City Rollers. After two albums and the single Sheila. Ian left the band. Rosetta Stone released one more album in 1982.
