Re-mailing is a service you may need if you want your
mail to be delivered from a Canadian mailing address.
If you need to send mail to your clients from your Canadian
address, let us re-mail your mail for you.
You need to rent a mailbox
in order to use this service. If you simply do not want
to reveal your true address for privacy reasons, try using
our re-mailing service where we send your correspondence
for you on your behalf.
How does Re-Mailing work?
Instead of mailing your letter(s) from your location
directly, place all your pre-addressed envelopes in a
larger envelope and mail it to us "Attention: Remailing
Dept." Make sure you send an email to admin@themailexecutive.com
to request for a quote for our re-mailing service and
to let us know that a package is coming. We will calculate
the cost and email you back with payment instructions.
When we receive the package and the payment for services,
we will stamp Canadian postage to the individual letters
and resend them for you.
If you wish for your mail to include our address as your
return address, you have
to rent a mailbox.
How much does this cost?
If you are sending a letter within Canada, the rates
vary by size and weight of the mail item. Standard size
letters are $1.00 each. Over sized and non-standard
letters please e-mail
us for a quote.
If you are sending a letter internationally, the rates
vary by size and weight of the mail item. A breakdown
of our International Letter-post prices follows (Note:
All rates are calculated per letter):
