SENDING A FAX [prices]

Sending a fax at The Mail Executive! is very simple. First, fill out a The Mail Executive! Fax Form. These are available on the front counter at The Mail Executive!. The form requires the name of the person or organization that the fax is being sent to, the fax number, your name, your phone number and any other relevant comments. Please ensure that the entire form is filled out before you ask to have the fax sent for you.

If you would like, you may request that the fax form be sent along with your fax as the cover sheet. This service is free to our customers, as long as you wish to send other pages along with the fax. If you wish to use the fax form as your entire fax, you will be charged the first page price, as listed in the faxing prices.

The time it takes to send a fax varies greatly. Most only take a few minutes; however, some destinations may have a busy fax machine. If this occurs, The Mail Executive! will continue sending your fax until it goes through.

When sending a fax, you may choose to wait around until your receive your transmission report, or you may return at a later time to retreive your fax and the transmission report. Faxes are stored for up to one month. If your fax is not sent successfully, you shall receive a refund.

RECEIVING A FAX [prices]

In order to receive a fax at The Mail Executive!, give the sender our fax number and ask them to clearly indicate your name on the first page of the fax.

The Mail Executive! will store your fax for approximately one month, or until your come to pick it up. Simply come to the counter and let us know that you are picking up your fax.
