The Golden Sun provides a breathtaking view, and comfortable lodging.

The Monashee Mountains to the East and the ski hill to the west.  The front view is of other buildings in the complex, and the back view is of trees, the Monashee mountains and other buildings in the background.

Bed Summary - 2 queen, 3 double and 2 single for a total of 7 beds, all with a duvet with your comfort in mind.  Occupancy is limited to ten persons. 

    The master bedroom and ensuite are located on the third floor where there is a queen bed (2 persons), a dresser with mirror, a high boy, and two night tables. There is an easy chair, foot stool and reading lamp in the alcove. There is also a telephone and radio alarm clock in this bedroom. The view from the reading alcove is of the ski hill to the west and the Monashee Mountains to the east.

    Bedroom 2 - has a queen bed (2 persons) a dresser with mirror and a night table.   This bedroom is located on the second level  and looks out over the back deck.  There is an alarm clock.

    Bedroom 3 - has two double + single bunks (6 persons) a dresser and a TV with Super Nintendo and a VRR. This bedroom is located on the third level, and looks out over the back deck.  It also has an ensuite.

      Living Room - The living room has a double hide-a-bed (2 persons), a third person could sleep on the sofa. The room has a high vaulted ceiling  and there is a gas burning fireplace that is carved with wood. There is also cable TV, DVD-CD, VCR, and radio/CD/tape player, telephone.  A good assortment of board games, puzzles, books and movies are provided.

  Dining Area - The dining area consists of a large dining room table with 8 matching chairs.   An island will seat 4 more people on stools. The kitchen and dining area are exceedingly well equipped for those who enjoy cooking and entertaining. Place mats, cloth napkins and napkin holders have a golden sun motif.  Place settings are for 12 persons.

  Kitchen - The kitchen has a large fridge, jennaire range, dishwasher, microwave, compactor, toaster, coffee maker, blender with coffee grinder attachment, island with eating bar, matching dishes, glasses, wine glasses, cups and cutlery.

3 Bathrooms - Bathroom 1 (ensuite) has a toilet, basin, tub/shower, hairdryer and matching towels.  Bathroom 2 has a toilet, basin, shower, hairdryer and matching towels.  Bathroom 3 (ensuite) has a toilet, basin, tub/shower, hairdryer and matching towels.   

  Foyer -  There are 2 benches for seating, and a peg rack for ski clothing and equipment.  An electric base board heater is beneath to aid in drying.
