Payment and Cancellation Policies - One nights rent is required to complete a booking, with the balance due at least 30 days in advance of booking. A credit card is required for a security deposit. If you cancel the one nights rent is non-refundable, the balance of your rent will be refunded ONLY if the unit is re-rented. Payment accepted by Visa, MasterCard and bank transfer.
Check In/Out - You may check in after 4 pm and stay until 10 am on your departure day.
Quiet Time Policy - 10 pm to 8 am.
