One-Eyed Jack's Surgery December 21, 2009
We would like to thank the generous people who donated money to help with the vet bill due to the urgent situation of Jack's eye. This playful kitten is doing well, and he is starting to play. The eye surgery was performed on December 21, 2009.
TAAG took this 4 month old kitten to the vet because of eye damage. The result was that the kitten’s eye needed to be removed or it could have caused brain damage. If infection had set in, there could have been other complications. We needed assistance for the unexpected surgery cost, which was noted at anywhere from $450 to $600 with the US vet. This little fellow was also neutered at the same time, since he was under anesthetic already.
