Great Danes Found December 23, 2009
Update January, 2010 for A Christmas Miracle! Beyond Believe!
Recuperation:
Today is day 7, after my 2 Dane girls were rescued. Both were close
to starvation when they were found, especially Antonia, the younger one. After
2 days of fearing the worst to happen, they started to recuperate. They are
still skinny, but they love their 5 meals per day, and even enjoy short, little
walks in the brisk, fresh air to rebuild their muscles.
Wishing you a "very Happy New Year",
Christiane

23, 2009 - A Christmas Miracle! Beyond Believe!
“After 12 days and 11 nights in sub zero temperatures, my 2 Great Danes were
found!!!! Isolde was found by loggers in the Old Mill Bay area approximately
3 kilometers from home about 4 pm. Following an extended search we finally found
her daughter Antonia at about 9 pm tonight. Both are very weak but responsive,
and seem to recuperate quickly. Except having probably lost about 30 lbs each,
they are in good health. We would like to thank all of you for your extended
support, expertise, and prayers.
Wishing you a very Merry Christmas”,
