Donations

The Animal Assistance Group is a non-profit organization that relies on volunteers, fundraising and donations to carry out its work. Official receipts are issued for charitable donations over $10 for income tax purposes. Registered Charity #118787191RR0001

Every donation, big or small makes a difference. We appreciate all support from individuals or business, enabling us to fulfill our Mission. You can make a big difference by considering the following:

Sponsor one of our cats for spay/neuter and shots.
Hold a yard sale, family barbecue or just collect loonies, toonies.
Kids may want to host a food drive or donate some from their birthday proceeds to help the homeless pet.
Your business or organization can have a tea/coffee, dress down day for staff, or have a final farewell to summer barbecue requesting donations of cat food, litter, or money.

You can donate a pet bed or cat tower to make the animals more comfortable. We have signed up for the Donate a Bed Program run by Kuranda. On the Kuranda page, choose Ontario in the menu, then Animal Assistance Group.

You can donate online with PayPal on the homepage.

Pet Valu Stores: Either location (Cambrian Mall or Second Line) to drop off any donation. They will issue you a temporary receipt and then TAAG will issue a receipt for income tax purposes in the mail afterwards.

You can visit our office located at 515 Albert Street East to make a monetary donation of cash or by cheque.
