| do you remember when we could
travel the world through a stereopticon or a viewmaster?
I remember the living colour and 3-D pictures long before colour TV. I remember that we still don't have 3-D TV. |

do you remember when we used
to put show trees in our shoes?
I remember we had metal shoe trees just like these ones. I also remember wooden shoe trees with springs in them. I remember that leather shoes used to shrink if you forgot to put shoe trees in them. I remember I still own a pair of leather shoes that I haven't worn for twenty years. If I am lucky, I forgot to put shoe trees in them and will never have to wear them again. |
| do you remember when ladies
held their hair in place with hair pins?
Do you remember fancy ones with beads on them?
