Teresa has worked in the public accounting profession since she received her Certified Management Accountant designation in 1980.  She started with a few select clients, and practiced out of her home part time so that she could spend time with her children and still remain active in the work force.

In 1996 she decided it was time to  move from her home practice to a new professional building  in Crescent Beach, where she now devotes all of her working hours in assisting her clients to be as successful as possible.  In addition to her public accounting practice, Stilling & Associates house  legal and mediation services under the auspices of her spouse.

Before entering the field of public accounting, she gained practical accounting experience in manufacturing and processing, property development and property management.  She also worked as part of the management team for a non profit organization.  This wealth of experience gives her a unique perspective for a public accountant.  It is this practical knowledge in addition to her CMA designation that makes her a valuable asset on your management team.

As a CMA she is trained to manage change.  She looks beyond the numbers in order to identify and implement key performance indicators that will provide the information needed for good strategic decisions.  The blend of her managerial skills, and practical experience,  provide you with a well-rounded professional to help you and your business prosper.
