Regina sure knows how to do a pot luck supper! Over 80 people arrived
with such a wonderful selection of home-made dishes of all sorts. And
desserts that would make your mouth water!
The Regina Peace Council and the Regina Chilean Cultural group combined
their efforts to bring together an enthusiastic crowd and a lively
Chilean band that kept the hall rocking with Cuban and Chilean
songs.
Only have time to put pictures up... more later.
Thanks Regina!

100 years young and supporting Pastors for Peace

A short film trailer "More Than Just a
Game" was introduced by Don
List.
The film, a work in progress, tells the story of a group of Canadian
rugby
players and coaches from the Dog
River Howlers Rugby Club
who went
to Cuba to help develop the game of rugby in Cuba.

In addition, the Dog River Howlers brought a group of internationally
known Cuban musicians to
Regina to play & help raise money for rugby in Cuba.

The Chilean musical group Andino Suns
performed Cuban music and a
selection of music from the Andes.

To find out more about this outstanding group of young musicians, go to
Facebook and do a search
for Andino Suns.

When these guys cut their first CD, you'll want to buy a copy... for
sure!

Our overnight hosts, Miguel and Monica treated us to an excellent
