Christmas 2004
For several years I thought it would be cool to create one of those Christmas village/town displays. Getting back into LEGO means I don't have to buy those pre-done buildings and accessories.
Of course it does mean I do not have all the lighting options the fancy layouts have. Not yet anyway. I have seen some guys online playing with lights and other electronics. Perhaps in a few years...
My family also likes Halloween a lot and I did a display for 2003 as a warm-up for Christmas that year.
Who knows what other displays I might try. My son really looks forward to them now and wants add his own vignettes. My daughter will soon be old enough to try to add her own contributions.
